Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the item has been shipped or entered production.
If your order is successfully cancelled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped or production has begun (including custom or personalized items), it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items. Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

The item must be returned in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Notes & Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for the 30-day return policy, unless the item is defective or incorrect

If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost

No restocking fees will be charged for returned items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your payment provider.
